Verzorgende IG - Heide PG Jouw functie Bij Anna Ouderenzorg draait het niet alleen om goede zorg, maar vooral om het creëren van een betekenisvolle dag voor iedere bewoner. Ben jij de Verzorgende IG die juist die kleine geluksmomenten weet toe te voegen? Als Verzorgende IG kijk jij verder dan alleen de zorgvraag. Je voelt aan wat een bewoner nodig heeft en sluit aan bij iemands belevingswereld, gewoonten en persoonlijke behoeften. Je verdiept je in het levensverhaal van de bewoner en laat dit terugkomen in de dagelijkse ondersteuning. Je werkt vanuit oprechte betrokkenheid, met warmte, aandacht en humor. Samen met familieleden, mantelzorgers en collega's vorm je een hecht team rondom de bewoner. Kortom: Jij bent professional in het bieden van persoonsgerichte zorg en welzijn. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging en verpleegtechnische handelingen, maar hebt ook oog voor wat iemand gelukkig maakt en een fijne dag bezorgt. Van een luisterend oor en een vertrouwd ritueel tot persoonlijke verzorging en medische ondersteuning: bewoners kunnen op jou rekenen. Je werkplek: Anna Heide in Geldrop is een warme, kleinschalige woonomgeving waar we samen zorgen voor mensen met een psychogeriatrische zorgvraag. Je werkt in een hecht en betrokken team, met korte lijnen en veel aandacht voor elkaar én voor de bewoner. Daarbij maken we gebruik van de nieuwste domotica en werken we met leefsferen die aansluiten bij het dagelijks leven van de bewoners. Samen kijken we naar wat iemand nog wél kan en wat belangrijk is, zodat bewoners zich veilig, gezien en thuis voelen. Bekijk ook eens ons huis via deze video. Wat breng je mee?
