Jij krijgt een vast contract. De uren zijn bespreekbaar tussen de 12 en 32 uur per week. Je werkt met cliënten met dementie of met lichamelijke beperkingen, die elk hun eigen verhaal hebben en waarmee je goed weet om te gaan. **Wat ga je doen?*** Met jouw zorg en begeleiding, en de betrokkenheid van de cliënten, ontstaat er elke dag een invulling die passend en betekenisvol is. Jouw meest voorkomende werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Werken vanuit de cliënt en aansluiten bij wat hij/zij nodig heeft - Cliënten helpen hun vertrouwde ritme en gewoonten zoveel mogelijk vast te houden - Zowel zelfstandig als samen met je team de dag vormgeven - Meebewegen met wisselende situaties - Creatief meedenken en oplossingen vinden bij onverwachte situaties De werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met zondag, waarbij de werktijden liggen tussen 7.30 uur en 22.30 uur. Wat breng je mee? - Diploma verzorgende IG - Diploma helpende plus en bereid om een interne scholing te volgen voor verzorgende Wat bieden we je? - Salaris verzorgende IG maximaal € 3.592,96 op fulltime basis (FWG 35) - Salaris helpende plus maximaal € 3.410,16 bruto per maand op fulltime basis (FWG 30) - Optioneel kan het loon maandelijks met 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33 % eindejaarsuitkering verhoogd worden - Vast dienstverband - Uren bespreekbaar van 12 tot 32 uur per week - Het rooster is drie maanden van tevoren bekend - Geen nachtdiensten - Bij en nascholing - Meerkeuzesysteem met tegemoetkoming kinderopvang, fitnessabonnement, fiets, tablet/computer - SVRZ CompanyPass voor kor...
