De afdeling opent naar verwachting in december of januari, waardoor jij vanaf het allereerste begin kunt meebouwen aan een nieuw team en een nieuwe afdeling.

Samen ontdekken en vernieuwen Je komt in een nieuw team waarin nog niet alles vaststaat. Samen onderzoeken jullie wat werkt, maken jullie afspraken en bepalen jullie hoe jullie willen samenwerken. Welke sfeer willen jullie creëren? Hoe zorgen jullie voor een fijne dag voor bewoners? En hoe kunnen jullie de zorg steeds beter maken?

Op Kadijk staan we open voor frisse ideeën. We kijken niet alleen naar hoe we het altijd hebben gedaan, maar zoeken samen naar wat beter, slimmer en fijner kan. Technologie en andere vernieuwende oplossingen kunnen helpen om het werk makkelijker te maken en meer tijd te hebben voor bewoners.

Daarom zoeken we een Verzorgende IG die nieuwsgierig is, initiatief neemt en het leuk vindt om mee te bouwen aan een nieuwe afdeling.

Dit ga je doen Als Verzorgende IG zorg je ervoor dat bewoners zich prettig, veilig en gezien voelen. Je leert hen goed kennen en weet wat voor hen belangrijk is. Je kijkt naar wat iemand nog wél kan en sluit daarop aan in de dagelijkse zorg.

- Je verleent persoonlijke en verpleegtechnische zorg. - Je signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag en welzijn. - Je werkt vanuit het zorg- en leefplan van de bewoner. - Je hebt contact met bewoners, familie, collega’s en andere zorgprofessionals. - Je denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van Kadijk en brengt jouw ideeën in.

Bij Omring doen we de zorg samen. Familie, naasten en vrijwilligers zijn daarom een belangrijk onderdeel van het dagelijks leven van bewoners.

Jij past bij Kadijk als... Je krijgt energie van een nieuwe start en vindt het leuk om samen iets op te bouwen. Je hoeft niet alles al te weten. Een open houding, nieuwsgierigheid en zin om te leren vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.
