Je werkt in het team dat ouderen met lichamelijke klachten ondersteunt. We bieden een vast contract voor 24 uur tot 32 uur. Kom jij bij ons binnen?*** Ten Anker 24 - 32 Hoogbouw Einddatum: 14/10/2026 **Waar kom jij binnen?*** Je gaat deel uitmaken van het gedreven team zorgprofessionals binnen de hoogbouw van SVRZ zorgcentrum Ten Anker in Tholen. Daar vind je drie somatische afdelingen, waar elk 19 cliënten wonen met voornamelijk lichamelijke zorgvragen. Het is een levendige, betrokken groep bewoners met wie je echt een band opbouwt. Samen met je collega's stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid van cliënten waar dat mogelijk is. Als Verzorgende IG ben jij een belangrijke schakel op de afdeling. Je werkt zelfstandig, cliëntgericht en met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Vanzelfsprekend verleen je zorg en ondersteuning, maar je vindt aandacht voor het welzijn van de bewoners eveneens belangrijk. De variatie in zorgtaken én in diensten zorgt voor dynamiek én een fijne balans in je werkdag. **Wat ga je doen?*** - Bieden van kwalitatief goede zorg - Zorgdragen voor een huiselijke sfeer - Bijdragen aan het welzijn van de cliënten Je werkt wisselende diensten. De dagdienst begint om 7.00 en om 7.30 uur, de avonddienst om 14.30 uur en de nachtdienst om 22.30 uur. Ook in weekenden en avonden kun je worden ingepland. In overleg neem je ook nachtdiensten op je.
