Je bent als verzorgende IG het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw cliënten en hun naasten. Je ondersteunt cliënten bij de persoonlijke verzorging (ADL) en je voert zelf de verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Je kunt hierbij denken aan wondzorg, zwachtelen, stomazorg, het toedienen van medicatie en het controleren van de bloedsuikerspiegel. Je kijkt met een scherp oog naar hoe het écht met iemand gaat. Je signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheid of de thuissituatie en je onderneemt direct actie wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's, mantelzorgers en andere betrokken zorgverleners. Samen zorg je ervoor dat kwetsbare mensen zo lang mogelijk veilig en verantwoord thuis kunnen blijven wonen. In jouw werk richt je je ook op het begeleiden van cliënten naar een zo groot mogelijke zelfstandigheid. Je zet waar nodig passende hulpmiddelen van MIJNSensire in. Jouw cliënten bestand varieert van jong tot oud. Je verleent zorg aan mensen met chronische aandoeningen, tijdelijke zorgvragen of mensen die herstellen na een operatie. Je biedt daarnaast ook palliatieve of terminale zorg. Je ervaart hierdoor dat geen dag hetzelfde is en je stemt de zorg steeds af op de wensen, mogelijkheden en behoeften van de cliënt. Je houdt jouw cliëntdossiers altijd nauwkeurig en actueel bij. Je schakelt bij specialistische of complexe zorgvragen eenvoudig met de verpleegkundigen binnen jouw team. Waar ga je werken?
