Je ondersteunt ouderen met psychogeriatrische of somatische zorg. Je helpt bij dagelijkse verzorging, medicatie en verpleegtechnische handelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat cliënten zich veilig, gezien en comfortabel voelen. Jouw werk heeft direct impact op het dagelijks leven van de bewoners. Een gemiddelde werkdag start met het helpen van cliënten bij ADL-taken zoals wassen, aankleden en ontbijten. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, deelt medicatie en observeert het welzijn van bewoners. Je ondersteunt bij sociale activiteiten en stimuleert zelfstandigheid. Je werkt flexibel en past jouw zorg aan op de wisselende behoeften van de cliënten. Aan het einde van de dag verzorg je de overdracht en bespreek je verbeterpunten met je team.
