Ben jij verzorgende IG en woon jij in Lopik? Dan willen wij graag binnenkort kennismaken. Wat doe je als verzorgende IG? Je gaat aan de slag op een afdeling van de Schutse en zet jouw vakkennis met veel passie in! Het is fijn dat als de gezondheid afneemt, iemand nog zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig kan zijn en jij hen het vertrouwen geeft. Dit betekent dat jij als VIG'er écht aandacht hebt voor de bewoner en goed kijkt wat er nog wel kan. De Schutse is een kleine locatie voor PG en somatiek. Er wonen 35 bewoners, dus in een korte tijd zal je iedereen leren kennen. Je bent veel in contact met mantelzorgers, familie en vrijwilligers, om de optimale zorg te kunnen leveren. Daarnaast kijk jij ook wat een bewoner nodig heeft aan extra welzijnsactiviteiten, want met plezier oud worden vinden wij net zo belangrijk. Als verzorgende IG is dit waar jij voor zorgt: - Je werkt dag/avonddiensten en/of nachtdiensten. - Je levert zorg met aandacht voor de behoeften van bewoners, in samenspraak met familie en mantelzorgers. - Samen met de kwaliteitsverpleegkundige bouw je aan een omgeving waarin de bewoners zich gezien, gehoord, gekend en erkend voelt. - Je verricht ADL-werkzaamheden, eventuele voorbehouden handelingen en coördineert de zorg. - Je stimuleert zelfredzaamheid, creëert veiligheid en geborgenheid bij bewoners.
