Vacature Verzorgende IG Zorg MBO 20-28 Het Immendaal, Beekbergen Bij Atlant krijg je alle ruimte voor jouw expertise. Als verzorgende IG krijg je écht de tijd en ruimte om te doen waar je goed in bent: persoonlijke, warme en deskundige zorg bieden aan bewoners met dementie. Ben jij een gedreven verzorgende IG en wil je werken in de ouderenzorg en gespecialiseerde dementiezorg? Kom dan werken op onze prachtige locatie Het Immendaal Coolsingel. Hier bieden we 24 uur per dag gespecialiseerde verpleeghuiszorg aan bewoners met dementie. Wat ga je doen Als verzorgende IG in de dementiezorg kijk je verder dan de zorgvraag. Je sluit aan bij wat de bewoner zelf wil, kan en belangrijk vindt. Zo draag je bij aan onze beweging van zorg naar gewoon leven: samen met bewoners, naasten en collega's zoeken naar wat nodig is om het eigen leven zo veel mogelijk voort te zetten. Soms door zorg te bieden, soms door juist een stap terug te doen en ruimte te geven voor eigen regie. Je taken bestaan uit: - Persoonlijke verzorging en verpleging van bewoners met dementie. - Ondersteunen bij maaltijden en andere dagelijkse bezigheden. - Toedienen van medicatie en uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen. - Signaleren en rapporteren van veranderingen in gedrag en zorgbehoefte. - Samenwerken met collega's, naasten en andere disciplines aan passende zorg. Daarnaast ben je een vertrouwd gezicht op de afdeling. Je kent de bewoners en merkt het wanneer iemand zich anders gedraagt of extra aandacht nodig heeft. Je denkt mee over wat iemand nodig heeft om zich prettig te voelen en zoveel mogelijk zichzelf te kunnen zijn. Werken op een mooie bosrijke locatie bij een gezellig team? Ik zeg gewoon doen!
