In deze functie zet je jouw professionele zorgkennis in voor uiteenlopende cliënten op de afdelingen somatiek, PG en eerstelijnsverblijf. We bieden een vast contract voor 12 tot 28 uur. Kom jij bij ons binnen?*** Ten Anker 12 - 28 Tholen Einddatum: 07/10/2026 **Waar kom jij binnen?*** Je gaat deel uitmaken van twee betrokken en enthousiaste teams die actief zijn binnen de laagbouw van SVRZ zorgcentrum Ten Anker in Tholen. Hier vind je verschillende afdelingen - somatiek, PG en eerstelijnsverblijf (ELV) - waar een diverse en levendige groep bewoners verblijft. Je krijgt de tijd en ruimte om een professionele band met ze op te bouwen. Samen met je collega's kijk je naar wat zij nog zelf kunnen en waar zorg en ondersteuning nodig is. Als Verzorgende IG ben jij een onmisbare schakel op de afdelingen. Je werkt zelfstandig, met aandacht voor de cliënt. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor goede zorg en bent flexibel inzetbaar op de afdelingen waar jouw kennis en ervaring nodig is. Natuurlijk verleen je dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning, maar je weet ook hoe belangrijk een luisterend oor, een praatje of extra aandacht voor persoonlijke welzijn is. **Wat ga je doen?*** - Bieden van goede, persoonlijke zorg aan cliënten - Bijdragen aan een warme, huiselijke sfeer op de afdeling - Oog hebben voor het welzijn en welbevinden van de cliënten Je werkt wisselende diensten, wat zorgt voor variatie in je werk. De dagdienst start om 7.30 uur, de middagdienst om 15.00 uur en de nachtdienst om 22.30 uur. Ook in de avonden en weekenden ben je inzetbaar. Nachtdiensten stem je in overleg af.
