Toegankelijkheid Sluiten Toegankelijkheid - Verzorgende IG - Thuiszorg Zwolle en Hattem Bij ons draait alles om goed leven thuis. En dat begint bij jou. Als Verzorgende IG ben jij hét gezicht in de wijk, de verbindende schakel tussen cliënten, collega's en het netwerk. Je bent er als het nodig is, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat de zorg klopt. Dat is pas betekenisvol werk. - MBO Niveau 3 - 20-24 uur - Schaal FWG 35 Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG in jouw eigen wijk binnen Zwolle en Hattem ben jij er voor onze cliënten. Je ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse zorg, zoals helpen met opstaan, wassen, aankleden en medicatie. Maar je doet veel meer dan dat: je biedt een luisterend oor, stimuleert zelfredzaamheid en zorgt ervoor dat elke dag een goede dag wordt. Je werkt nauw samen met een toegewijd team van wijkverpleegkundigen, verzorgenden en helpende plus, en samen leveren jullie persoonlijke zorg op maat. Jij komt achter de voordeur en bent de oren en ogen voor onze client. Wat neem je mee? - Je hebt een MBO-diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3) en een passie voor ouderenzorg. - Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook uitstekend in een team. - Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt je goed aanpassen aan nieuwe situaties. - Je bent bereid om onregelmatige diensten te draaien, inclusief avonden, nachten en weekenden.
