Verzorgende IG | Thuiszorg | Amstelveen, Uithoorn Jij ondersteunt en zorgt ervoor dat onze cliënten zolang mogelijk in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving kunnen blijven wonen. Jij houdt ervan als geen dag hetzelfde is, je leert regelmatig nieuwe cliënten kennen en anticipeert als dat nodig is. Als verzorgende IG in de thuiszorg ga je bij de cliënten langs in hun eigen huis. Jij bent de gast en dat maakt het werk uniek en erg persoonlijk. Je hebt een grote variatie ziektebeelden en cliënten die je in de thuiszorg tegenkomt. Van jong tot oud en van cliënten die net uit het ziekenhuis zijn ontslagen en kortdurende zorg nodig hebben tot cliënten met een chronische ziekte of oncologische of neurologische aandoeningen. Je focust je op de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt en samen zoek je naar de balans. Dit doe je door: - Je actief bezig te houden met de verzorging en begeleiding van de cliënt, waarbij je aandacht hebt voor de cliënt en diens omgeving; - Goed samen te werken met onder andere de huisarts, apotheek, familie en mantelzorgers; - Voorbehouden handelingen uit te voeren en lef of initiatief te tonen wanneer dat nodig is; - Eventueel de cliënt te ondersteunen waar nodig, zoals bijvoorbeeld het doen van boodschappen. Wat wij jou bieden Bij ActiVite krijg je goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao VVT. Je krijgt een passend salaris, vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering en bouwt pensioen op via PFZW. De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 40. Je salaris is minimaal € 2.981,98 en maximaal € 3.864,43 bruto per maand (op basis van 36 uur). We bieden een contract vanaf 8 uur per week.
