Als VerzorgendeIG help je onze bewoners niet alleen bij de dagelijkse zorg , maar je hebt ook oog voor het welzijn van de bewoners. Je bent een zorg medewerker die goed aanvoelt welke aandacht, zorg en begeleiding zij nodig hebben. Je overlegt regelmatig met behandelaars en collega's en je hebt contact met de familieleden van de bewoners. Je draagt zelfstandig en actief bij aan het zorgplan en de uitvoering hiervan. Werken in de flexpool betekent dat je zelf van te voren aangeeft wanneer je kunt werken. Je wordt ingezet waar op dat moment extra medewerkers nodig zijn wegens ziekte, vakantie of onverwachte drukte. Dus wil je graag extra werken in de ochtend, avond of weekend? Of de ene periode meer dan de andere periode? Dan is dit ideaal. Je wordt ingezet op verschillende woongroepen met psychogeriatrische en gerontopsychiatrische zorgvragers. Waar kom je te werken? Den Weeligenberg in Hillegom is een veilig thuis voor mensen met geestelijke problemen, zoals dementie of een psychiatrische aandoening. Vanuit de verschillende woongroepen bieden we onze 98 bewoners 24-uurszorg, begeleiding en dagbesteding. Een prettige sfeer, liefdevol en sociaal contact, activering en bewegen vinden wij erg belangrijk. Met onze teams van professionele zorg- en welzijnsmedewerkers, behandelaars en vele vrijwilligers maken we het leven van onze bewoners zo prettig mogelijk.
