Dit ga je doenAls verzorgende IG heb jij een belangrijke taak om onze cliënten te ondersteunen methun dag- en avondbesteding. Je hoofddoel is een bijdrage leveren aan de kwaliteit vanhet leven van de cliënt. De cliënt is als mens is altijd het vertrekpunt. Dewerkzaamheden:je voert huishoudelijke zorg-ondersteunende activiteiten uit;•vanuit de wens van de cliënt bied jij begeleiding bij het uitreiken van medicatie;•je observeert cliënten en signaleert veranderend gedrag, waardoor je tijdig crisissituatieskan herkennen en hierin accuraat op kan treden; • het voeren van persoonlijke begeleidingsgesprekken met je cliënten.•• Dit ben jijeen afgeronde mbo diploma Verzorgende IG;•ervaring met de het verlenen van ADL zorg en verpleegtechnische handelingen;•je kunt cliënten met complexe problematiek aan (somatisch en psychiatrisch);•je werkt vanuit een herstelgerichte houding;•je bent flexibel inzetbaar en draait alle diensten.•• Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie is een positieve Verklaring OmtrentGedrag (VOG) vereist.Het natrekken van referenties en het controleren van diploma's maken onderdeel uit vande sollicitatieprocedure. Wij biedeneen gevarieerde en zinvolle baan in een professionele en fijne werkomgeving waar jouwinbreng wordt gewaardeerd; • een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband voor 16-36 uur per week;•een salaris tussen € 2888,- en € 3917,- (FWG 40) op basis van een werkweek van 36uur; • fijne arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao GGZ, met allerlei leuke extra's.
