Verzorgende IG - Flexpool (Achterhoek-Twente) Je maakt onderdeel uit van onze interne Flexpool waarin zorgprofessionals samen werken aan één doel: een warme, veilige en prettige woonomgeving voor onze bewoners. In jouw rol lever je niet alleen zorg, maar ook een glimlach, een luisterend oor en een vleugje humor. Je werkt op basis van een regie-arbeidsovereenkomst waarmee jij meer balans krijgt tussen werk en privé. Je springt in waar jouw ondersteuning het hardst nodig is, op verschillende locaties binnen Saamborgh. Als flexmedewerker breng je jouw kennis, ervaring en warmte naar meerdere woonzorglocaties, waar cliënten rekenen op jouw deskundige en persoonlijke zorg. Wat ga je doen? - Verlenen van persoonlijke zorg aan de hand van het zorgleefplan. Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld, afhankelijk van de zorgvraag, subcutaan en intramusculair injecteren, zuurstof toedienen, katheteriseren, sondevoeding geven en wonden verzorgen; - Het begeleiden van cliënten en naaste familie bij het verouderingsproces. Van aanleren van (digitale) vaardigheden of zorg technologische producten tot het begeleiden van bewoners in de terminale fase; - Je zorgt, samen met je collega's, voor een goede kwaliteit van zorg en prettige leefbare woonomgeving; - Je observeert cliënten en signaleert veranderingen en zodat deze tijdens de cliëntbesprekingen en/of werk- en teamoverleg kan worden besproken. Je observeert, signaleert en rapporteert zorgproblemen en je neemt hierop vervolgacties.
