Soms kom je maandenlang bij een cliënt en bouw je een goede band op. En soms is de zorg na een week al klaar en kan de cliënt weer zonder jouw hulp verder. Gelukkig is de waardering er altijd. Behalve de afwisseling, moet je ook van improviseren houden. Je hebt niet altijd het juiste stuk verband binnen handbereik. Dat vraagt iets bijzonders van je. Creatief en leergierig zijn. Lef hebben om keuzes te durven maken. En liefde om altijd iets te willen betekenen voor degene naast je. Of daar nu een cliënt staat, of een collega. Wat breng je mee? - Je diploma Verzorgende IG; - Een groot hart voor cliënten en collega's; - De flexibiliteit om wisselende diensten te draaien (ook avond en weekend); - Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG).
