Bij Residentie De Hoeve in Eindhoven werk je in een klein en hecht wijkteam waar zelfredzaamheid centraal staat. Je ondersteunt cliënten die bewust kiezen voor eigen regie en openstaan voor innovaties en nieuwe technieken. Je werkt zelfstandig, krijgt veel vertrouwen en denkt mee over de toekomst van de zorg. Zelfredzaamheid staat hierbij met hoofdletters geschreven. Je ondersteunt waar nodig, maar kijkt vooral naar wat cliënten zelf nog kunnen en hoe zij zo lang mogelijk de regie over hun eigen leven behouden. De doelgroep binnen De Hoeve kiest er bewust voor om zelfstandig te blijven wonen. Daardoor werk je met cliënten die vaak openstaan voor nieuwe technieken, innovaties en andere manieren van zorgverlening. Het team denkt vooruit en bereidt zich actief voor op de uitdagingen van de toekomst. Je werkt veel zelfstandig. In de ochtend werk je samen met één of twee collega's en vanaf 15.30 uur werk je zelfstandig verder. Natuurlijk sta je er nooit alleen voor. Je kunt altijd terugvallen op collega's van De Horst Kronehoef. Daarnaast wordt er in de avonduren steeds vaker samengewerkt met andere teams binnen het gebouw. Zo zorgen we samen voor goede zorg én een gezonde werk-privébalans. Ook werk je nauw samen met welzijnsmedewerkers en de collega's van de 4W (Ergon). Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat bewoners niet alleen de juiste zorg ontvangen, maar ook ondersteuning krijgen op het gebied van welzijn en dagelijks functioneren...
