Bekijk onze website www.medewerkersindezorg.nl/aandraagbonus voor meer informatie Werkzaamheden Als Verzorgende IG in de wijkzorg: - Bied je deskundige verzorging en begeleiding bij cliënten thuis - Stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid en pas je nieuwe technologische hulpmiddelen toe - Houd je rekening met de wensen en mogelijkheden van de cliënt en stem je hier je zorg op af - Werk je samen met collega's volgens een zorgplan waarin jij een actieve rol hebt - Leer je cliënten écht kennen en bouw je een vertrouwensband op waarin jouw werk er iedere dag toe doet Arbeidsduur en werktijden Het gaat om een functie voor 16-30 uur per week. Je werkt dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten tussen 7:00 en 23:00 uur waarbij je ongeveer om het weekend werkt. Nachtdiensten komen in deze functie niet voor....
