Je helpt hen bij dagelijkse verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden, eten en zorgt voor een prettige dagbesteding. Daarnaast draag je een grote verantwoordelijkheid als het gaat om medische handelingen. Denk aan het toedienen van medicatie of wondzorg, indien dat nodig is. Je voert deze taken uit met grote zorgvuldigheid en altijd volgens de geldende protocollen. In complexe of emotionele situaties blijf je kalm en weet je hoe je moet handelen, niet alleen in betrekking tot de cliënten, maar ook in samenwerking met je collega's. Werken in de zorg betekent schakelen, meebewegen en soms improviseren en juist dat maakt jouw rol zo waardevol. - Een mbo-diploma Verzorgende IG niveau 3 of een ander gelijkwaardig diploma; - Je hebt een VOG in bezit of bent bereid om deze aan te vragen (de kosten worden door ons vergoed); - Je hebt een professionele houding: je bent proactief, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar, zowel naar de zorginstelling als de zorgbehoevenden; - Je bent in staat om problemen te herkennen en praktische oplossingen te bedenken. - Bekwaam in het uitvoeren van voorbehouden en risicovolle handelingen; - Je bent geduldig, empathisch en flexibel.
