- Verzorgende IG - Team Groesbeek Noord 2 Jij maakt het verschil door zorg te bieden aan mensen thuis. Wij zoeken een Verzorgende 3IG (aantal uren in overleg). Nieuwsgierig? Loop gerust een dag mee om de sfeer te proeven! In deze rol bied je zorg bij cliënten thuis, variërend van persoonlijke verzorging, medicatie en wondzorg tot palliatieve zorg en begeleiding bij aandoeningen zoals hartfalen, COPD, dementie en diabetes. Je zorgt voor zelfstandigheid bij de cliënt, signaleert behoeften en werkt samen met andere zorgprofessionals en familieleden. Je hebt regelmatig contact met huisartsen, ziekenhuizen en andere disciplines. Team Groesbeek Noord 2 Ons team bestaat uit betrokken wijkverpleegkundigen, verpleegkundige in de wijk, verzorgenden IG en flexcollega's. We zijn deskundig, professioneel en hebben hart voor elkaar. Je werkt zelfstandig in de wijk, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor: de lijntjes met je team, andere buurtteams en de verpleegkundige achterwacht zijn kort. We houden van aanpakken, maar zorgen ook goed voor elkaar. Humor, gezelligheid en een goede werk-privé balans vinden we belangrijk. Ook werken wij met 6- en 8 urige diensten. Zoals de groesbekers zelf zeggen: "Groesbeek is vals plat", de route kan op de fiets maar trapondersteuning is wenselijk.
