Verzorgende IG Careyn | Meerdere locaties Careyn | Meerdere locaties Poeldijk / Honselersdijk Parttime 8 - 24 uur Mbo 02-09-2026 Zorg / Welzijn Functie Team Honselersdijk-Poeldijk bestaat uit 12 toegewijde zorgmedewerkers en werkt zelfstandig binnen de wijk. Met de collega's van het naburige team in Naaldwijk werken we nauw samen om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden aan onze cliënten. We werken vanuit een voormalige aanleunwoning, een vertrouwde locatie waar cliënten regelmatig even binnenlopen met vragen. Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG Als Verzorgende IG voer je ADL-taken uit, dien je medicatie toe en werk je volgens protocollen en hygiënische richtlijnen. Je signaleert veranderingen, registreert deze nauwkeurig en schakelt waar nodig hulp in. Daarbij bouw je een vertrouwensband op en stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt. Samen met collega's en familieleden zorg je voor een veilige, prettige leefomgeving. Wij vragen Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
