Misschien heb je 's avonds een je sport, een gezin waar je thuis voor wilt zijn, een opleiding of gewoon andere plannen. Bij De Viking bieden we de mogelijkheid om alleen overdag te werken. Zo kun je je vak als VIG blijven uitoefenen én houd je je avonden vrij. Werk om trots op te zijn De Viking is een prachtige nieuwe locatie waar mensen met dementie wonen. Je stapt dus in op een bijzonder moment: samen met je nieuwe collega's geef je vanaf de start vorm aan de zorg en het wonen. Er is nog geen vast stramien waar je je bij hoeft aan te sluiten. Je denkt mee, brengt ideeën in en krijgt de kans om vanaf het begin invloed te hebben op hoe jullie hier werken. Overdag gebeurt er natuurlijk van alles. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en houdt veranderingen goed in de gaten. Maar je hebt ook oog voor alles wat een dag prettig maakt. Misschien wil een bewoner graag zelf zijn ontbijt klaarmaken, vindt iemand het heerlijk om samen koffie te drinken of ontstaat er spontaan een gesprek over vroeger. Jij ziet wat iemand nodig heeft en geeft ruimte waar dat kan. Omdat De Viking nieuw is, ligt er nog veel open. Je kunt meedenken over hoe jullie de zorg organiseren, nieuwe ideeën aandragen en samen ontdekken wat werkt voor bewoners en het team. Misschien wil je je verder ontwikkelen binnen een bepaald aandachtsgebied, een initiatief oppakken of juist eens kijken wat er buiten de muren van De Viking mogelijk is. De ruimte is er om mee te denken, te ontwikkelen en jouw eigen bijdrage te leveren aan deze nieuwe locatie. Je werkt daarbij professioneel en zorginhoudelijk.
