In de thuiszorg ben jij vaak de eerste die binnenkomt en de laatste die de deur achter zich dichttrekt. Als ervaren Verzorgende IG hoeven we jou niet uit te leggen hoe je zorg verleent; dat zit in je vingers. Waar het bij Actief Zorg om gaat, is dat jij de ruimte krijgt om je gezond verstand en je vakkennis te gebruiken om de beste zorg te bieden in jouw wijk in Wolphaartsdijk. - Snel schakelen en signaleren: Jij merkt veranderingen in de situatie van een cliënt direct op. Je bent de oren en ogen in de wijk en schakelt op tijd met de wijkverpleegkundige of andere disciplines. - Verantwoordelijkheid in de route: Je voert je verpleegtechnische handelingen (zoals wondzorg en injecties) zelfstandig en bekwaam uit. Daarnaast coördineer je de zorg voor jouw cliënten. - Samen groeien: Je vindt het leuk om jouw handigheid in het vak over te dragen op leerlingen en stagiaires. Jouw nuchtere blik helpt hen om de fijne kneepjes van het vak te leren.
