Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, deelt medicatie en houdt veranderingen in de gezondheid en het gedrag van bewoners goed in de gaten. Jouw observaties rapporteer je zorgvuldig in het elektronische cliëntendossier en bespreek je met je collega's. Werken in de flexpool betekent dat je op verschillende momenten kunt worden ingezet. Je leert de bewoners, collega's en verschillende afdelingen van Oud Bijdorp goed kennen. Dat zorgt voor afwisseling en flexibiliteit.
