Verzorgende IG Part-time - Zaandam Jouw uitdaging Bouw mee aan onze nieuwe woonlocatie! Bij Het Mennistenerf Zorgcentrum krijg je de unieke kans om vanaf de start te participeren in een ambitieuze zorgomgeving. Als Verzorgende IG maak je deel uit van een team dat gelooft in meer dan alleen zorg verlenen; we kijken naar elkaar om. Je start op een bestaande locatie en groeit met ons mee naar de opening van de nieuwe locatie in 2027.

Wat ga je doen?

- Verlenen van persoonsgerichte zorg en begeleiding aan bewoners.

- Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen.

- Signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie van bewoners.

- Onderhouden van nauw contact met familie en andere disciplines.

- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de nieuwe locatie en teamcultuur.

Wat breng jij mee?

- In het bezit van een diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3).

- Een passie voor ouderenzorg en een positieve houding.

- Betrokken en verantwoordelijk karakter.

- Bereidheid om samen te werken en naar bewoners én collega's om te zien.

- Flexibiliteit om voor de opening te werken op bestaande locaties.

Wat bieden wij jou?

- Salaris tussen €2.735,91 en €3.592,96 op basis van 36 uur (CAO VVT, schaal 35).

- Tijdelijk dienstverband van 7 maanden, met uitzicht op vast dienstverband.

- Mogelijkheid om mee te denken over de ontwikkeling van de nieuwe locatie.

- Aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder fiets- en vitaliteitsregeling.

- Een uitdagende baan binnen een groeiende organisatie.

- Werken op een nieuwe locatie in Zaandam, op loopafstand van station Zaandam-Kogerveld.
