Waar je niet alleen komt werken, maar ook iets kunt opbouwen. Bij De Viking krijg je de ruimte om vanaf het begin mee te denken over hoe jullie de zorg en het dagelijks leven van bewoners vormgeven. Geen blauwdruk die al helemaal klaar is, maar een gloednieuwe locatie waar jouw ideeën en ervaring ertoe doen. Werk om trots op te zijn Je kent het vak en weet wat goede zorg vraagt. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de zorgmomenten alleen. Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat bewoners zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven kunnen blijven leiden? Hoe kunnen we familie goed betrekken? Wat werkt prettig in de dagelijkse samenwerking? En waar kan het slimmer of beter? Jij durft vragen te stellen, komt met initiatieven en neemt het voortouw als je ziet dat iets opgepakt moet worden. Dat betekent niet dat je alles alleen hoeft te bedenken. Je werkt samen met collega's, de regieverpleegkundige, de dementiecasemanager en andere disciplines. Juist door samen te ontdekken, uit te proberen en van elkaar te leren, ontstaat de manier van werken die bij De Viking past. En omdat de locatie nieuw is, kun je daar daadwerkelijk invloed op hebben. Niets ligt vanaf dag één in beton gegoten. Misschien ontwikkel je een aandachtsgebied, zet je een nieuw initiatief op of denk je mee over een praktische verbetering in de zorg.
