Dan is de functie van Verzorgende IG op onze locatie Nieuw Overbos in Heemstede precies wat bij jou past! Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG draag je dagelijks bij aan het welzijn en de zorg van onze bewoners. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en betekenisvol. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij persoonlijke verzorging en medicatie‑inname, en samen met collega's creëer je een veilige, warme en vertrouwde woonomgeving. Daarnaast voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en bewaak je de kwaliteit van zorgafspraken. Jouw taken: - Ondersteunen bij dagelijkse verzorging en ADL‑taken. - Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische en voorbehouden handelingen. - Signaleren van veranderingen in de lichamelijke en mentale gezondheid van bewoners. - Opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van zorgplannen. - Actief bijdragen aan een prettige en veilige sfeer binnen de woongroep. Over Nieuw Overbos Nieuw Overbos ligt in een prachtige, bosrijke omgeving in Heemstede en biedt kleinschalige, huiselijke woonzorg. In drie teams zorg je samen voor 48 bewoners met dementie. Onze locatie voelt warm en vertrouwd aan, waardoor zowel bewoners als medewerkers zich snel thuis voelen. Als medewerker werk je op een vaste woongroep, waardoor je echt een band opbouwt met bewoners én collega's. Zo kun je de zorg persoonlijk, afgestemd en met aandacht geven en elke dag opnieuw het verschil maken in het leven van onze bewoners. Benieuwd naar onze locatie?
