Joris Zorg logo Verzorgende IG óf Verpleegkundige nachtdienst Min. € 2.735,91 - max. € 3.592,96 Onbepaalde tijd contract Uren in overleg MBO niveau 3 - MBO niveau 4 Vessem Ellen van Lieshout +31 850856222 D'n Bolle Akker bestaat uit vijf woonboerderijen. 3 daarvan bieden een warm thuis aan psychogeriatrische cliënten met dementie en 2 daarvan bieden een fijn thuis voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. In totaal draag je zorg voor 21 bewoners met een psychogeriatrische achtergrond en 15 bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking. "Mijn thuis" waar eenieder mag zijn wie hij/zij is! Warme zorg in een natuur- en dierrijke omgeving. Waar we niet alleen zorg bieden aan onze bewoners maar ook aan onze dieren en elkaar. Zij (en wij ook!)) genieten van de vrijheid, de prachtige natuur en de rust. Een collega aan het woord; Nachtdiensten zijn ideaal in combinatie met schoolgaande kinderen, ik kan ze naar school brengen dan gaan slapen en later ze weer ophalen op school. Dus geen opvang nodig! Daarnaast betekent het werken in de nachtdienst natuurlijk meer geld in verband met de ORT in de avond/nacht. Elke nacht is anders, je hebt meer tijd voor persoonlijke aandacht voor cliënten als er iets is. Doen - Zorg op maat leveren aan de bewoners die ons huis hun thuis noemen - Als nachtbraker ben jij 's nachts op je best - Zorg dragen voor de dagelijks verzorging, verpleging en begeleiding van bewoners conform het zorgleefplan - Bestellen van medicatie, middelen en materialen voor bewoners - Voeren van eigen regie: je bent in staat om zelfstandig snelle en heldere beslissingen te nemen - Overzicht bewaren, even kunnen stilstaan en vertragen - Schakelen tussen de 2 verschillende doelgroepen - Signaleren, overdragen en rapporteren van situaties of het gedrag van bewoners - Ook al werk je vrij solistisch, behoor ook jij tot het team - Deelnemen aan diverse overleggen van je team Kunnen - MBO niveau 3 Verzorgende IG of MBO niveau 4 verp...
