Samen met je collega's van team Zwijndrecht en team Hendrik Ido Ambacht zorg je voor alles wat onze cliënten nodig hebben: van hulp bij de dagelijkse dingen tot verpleegtechnische handelingen. Alles is digitaal en overzichtelijk geregeld. Je bekijkt cliëntgegevens, rapporteert, communiceert en tekent medicatie makkelijk af. Je rijdt zelfstandig je route, dus je hebt je eigen werkgebied en verantwoordelijkheid. Het één-op-één contact geeft je de tijd en ruimte om écht aandacht te geven. Zie je iets opvallen in de gezondheid van een cliënt? Dan bespreek je dit met de arts of andere zorgprofessionals. Zo werk je samen aan de beste zorg. Je stimuleert cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen en draagt natuurlijk goed over aan je collega's. Je werkt in een gezellig team met een mix van verzorgenden en verpleegkundigen van verschillende leeftijden. Daarnaast hebben we een palliatief verpleegkundige, wondverpleegkundige en casemanager dementie in ons team. Samen zorgen we voor elkaar én voor onze cliënten.
