Locatie Poelwijck in 's Heer Arendskerke is één van onze grotere buitenlocaties. In het gebouw wordt zorg verleend op 2 woongroepen waar ieder 8 clienten met lichamelijke beperkingen verblijven en op 2 woningen waar ieder 7 cliënten met dementie verblijven. Tevens vind je in het gebouw een woongroep van Zuidwester (gehandicaptenzorg), een fysiopraktijk, een huisarts en aanleunwoningen. Volop bedrijvigheid dus. In totaal bestaat het team van Poelwijck uit 40 medewerkers in verschillende (zorg) functies. Voor het team dat op de woongroepen somatiek werkt zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste verzorgende IG. Vanuit dit team worden de nachtdiensten ingevuld (veelal door vaste medewerkers). Op afroep werken zij in de nacht ook voor de bewoners van Zuidwester. Benieuwd hoe het zorgteam de samenwerking ervaart? "Van ervaren collega's tot nieuwe gezichten: we vullen elkaar goed aan en staan altijd klaar om elkaar te helpen" Wat ga je doen? Cliënten kunnen op jou rekenen. Door hun betrokkenheid en jouw zorg en begeleiding ontstaat een dag invulling die echt bij hen past en betekenisvol is. Jouw meest voorkomende werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Verzorgen en begeleiden van cliënten met lichamelijke beperkingen; indien de situatie dit toelaat, kan dit samen met een zorg collega of medewerker wonen - Verpleegtechnische handelingen verrichten - Ervoor zorgen dat cliënten zoveel mogelijk de betekenisvolle rol kunnen blijven behouden die ze in hun leven gehad hebben - Belevingsgericht werken - Stimuleren van de zelfstandigheid van de cliënten, waarbij de cliënt de eigen regie houdt Je bent met name voor dag-...
