Op de Martinushof in Twello kijken we naar de mens achter de zorgvraag en bouwen we aan een vertrouwd thuis. Een werkplek waarin jij met een frisse blik én zelfstandigheid het dagelijks geluk ondersteunt. Wat ga je doen? Als verzorgende IG op de Martinushof ondersteun je 16 cliënten met een psychogeriatrische (PG) zorgvraag. De zorgvraag en zorgintensiteit op de afdeling zijn divers en dynamisch. Dat maakt jouw werk uitdagend en afwisselend. Jij bent de spil in het dagelijks leven van de cliënt: je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, reikt medicatie uit en helpt bij de dagelijkse zorg (ADL). Je kiest bewust voor een de-escalerende aanpak en weet op onrustige momenten de juiste sfeer en structuur te bieden op de afdeling. Bij Sensire staat de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt voorop. We nemen taken niet zomaar over, maar kijken samen hoe cliënten hun eigen regie behouden. Jij stimuleert hen om te doen wat ze nog zelf kunnen. Daarnaast signaleer en rapporteer je veranderingen in het klinisch beeld direct, zodat je de zorg samen met de behandelaren en naasten optimaal kunt afstemmen. Waar ga je werken? De Martinushof is een kleinschalige woonlocatie in het centrum van Twello. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team met een open cultuur waarin we voor elkaar klaarstaan. Hoewel niet alles altijd vlekkeloos loopt op een dynamische PG-afdeling, vangen we de hectiek samen op en is er ruimte om elkaar te ondersteunen. In Twello en Voorst bouwen we ondertussen aan de zorg van morgen, waarbij de grens tussen zorg binnen de locatie en de wijkzorg langzaam verv...
