In het kort. - Bied samen met je collega's uitstekende zorg aan onze bewoners en ondersteun hen bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten. - Geef bewoners de ruimte om eigen keuzes te maken en stimuleer hun eigen regie. - Bied persoonlijke aandacht en heb respect voor de wensen en keuzes van iedere bewoner. - Werk je in avond- en nachtdiensten? Dan houden we rekening met de Arbeidstijdenwet en zorgen we voor een gezonde werksituatie. Hier ga je werken. Wij zijn Samen, dé partner bij het ouder worden in de gemeente Schagen en Hollands Kroon. Cliënten kunnen bij ons terecht voor thuiszorg, wonen met zorg, revalidatie & behandeling, welzijnsdiensten en dagactiviteiten. Jij gaat werken bij afdeling Neskaag, waar je oog hebt voor de leefomgeving van onze bewoners. Op Neskaag wonen dertig mensen met dementie. Neskaag is kleinschalig ingericht en verdeeld over drie woningen met eigen kamers. Wij streven naar kleinschalige zorg binnen een grootschalige setting. Je werkt samen met een gemotiveerd team van collega-verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden IG, EVV'ers, helpende (plus), voedingsassistenten en zorghulpen. Wat jij van ons mag verwachten.
