Functieomschrijving Werk jij graag op momenten waarop rust, aandacht en goed observeren extra belangrijk zijn? Bij Grubbeveld werk je in de nacht en evt. de avonddienst met mensen met dementie en complexe zorgvragen. Je kent de bewoners, ziet wat zij nodig hebben en weet wanneer je moet handelen. Dit draag jij bij Als Verzorgende IG in de avond en nacht draait jouw werk om meer dan dagelijkse zorg. Juist op deze momenten kan een bewoner andere behoeften hebben. Iemand is bijvoorbeeld onrustig, slaapt slecht of gedraagt zich anders dan je gewend bent. Jij merkt veranderingen op en kijkt verder dan wat je op het eerste gezicht ziet. Wat zit er achter bepaald gedrag? Wat helpt iemand om zich veilig en prettig te voelen? En wanneer is er meer nodig? Je ondersteunt bewoners bij de dagelijkse zorg, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en observeert veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag. Omdat je bewoners leert kennen, weet je wat bij iemand past en merk je het sneller wanneer iets anders is dan normaal. Je rapporteert bijzonderheden zorgvuldig, zodat collega's goed weten wat er tijdens jouw dienst is gebeurd. Verandert een situatie? Dan blijf je rustig, denk je na over wat nodig is en schakel je waar nodig met collega's of andere zorgprofessionals. Werken in de nacht en avond vraagt om zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Tegelijkertijd doe je het niet alleen. Goede samenwerking en vertrouwen in elkaar zijn binnen Grubbeveld belangrijk.
