Verzorgende IG (avonddiensten) Careyn Functie omschrijving Voor onze zorglocatie Weddesteyn in Woerden zijn wij op zoek naar een zorgmedewerker voor de diensttijden van 17.00 uur tot 22.00 uur naast de verpleegkundige dienst. Op onze locatie is altijd een verpleegkundige dienst aanwezig die gebeld kan worden bij een calamiteit. Je kan ingezet worden op alle afdelingen en dus alle doelgroepen. Het is een fijne werktijd als je bijvoorbeeld een jong gezin hebt en je in de avonduurtjes iets wil bijdragen aan de ouderenzorg. Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG Naast de basistaken en verantwoordelijkheden op het gebied van medicatie en zorgregistratie, zorg je ervoor dat veranderingen in de gezondheid van de bewoners tijdig worden opgemerkt en doorgegeven. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met de bewoners, zodat zij zich gehoord en gezien voelen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's en familieleden om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden, waarbij de wensen en behoeften van de bewoners centraal staan.
