Werk jij liever vanuit je gevoel en creativiteit dan vanuit regels en protocollen? En hou je niet van logge organisaties, overbodig management en bureaucratie? Wij maken graag kennis met je. - Tijd voor persoonlijke aandacht; - Kleinschalige, huiselijke woonzorg met open deuren; - Een plek waar je wordt gezien en gewaardeerd; - Hoge klant- en medewerkertevredenheid, Top-10 positie ZorgkaartNederland. In dit Gastenhuis wonen 22 mensen met dementie, en maak je deel uit van een vast team van ca. 25 collega's. Bewoners kunnen gewoon de deur uit voor een boodschap, ommetje of bezoek. Zij hebben hun eigen appartement met badkamer en kitchenette, en sommigen een tuintje. Onze koks koken dagelijks vers en gezond, bewoners helpen mee. In onze teams is iedereen gelijk. Per huis zijn er slechts 1 of 2 leidinggevenden. Kortom: korte lijntjes, en een persoonlijke sfeer. Mail mij de brochure 'Werken bij' Wat ga je doen? Je start de dagdienst met het begeleiden en ondersteunen van onze bewoners bij het wassen en aankleden. Gedurende de dag speel je in op de vragen en behoeftes van de bewoners. Dit varieert van een praatje, een wandeling maken, een spelletje doen, tafels dekken en afruimen en waar nodig hulp bij het eten. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een huiselijke en warme sfeer, waarin iedereen zich thuis voelt. In de avond zorg je voor rust en ontspanning en begeleid je de bewoners op hun tijd naar bed. - Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de CAO VVT, plus een paar extra's. - Eigen regie vinden we niet alleen belangrijk voor bewoners.
