In de thuiszorg van Zorgfederatie Oldenzaal ben je te gast bij cliënten in Oldenzaal. Je ondersteunt mensen bij het opstarten van de dag, denk aan ondersteuning bieden bij het douchen, aanreiken van medicatie. Ondertussen hoor je de mooiste, persoonlijke verhalen van vroeger. Zo maak jij elke dag het verschil. Bij ons werk je in een kleine organisatie: de lijnen zijn kort, de sfeer is gemoedelijk en je voelt je snel verbonden met je collega's. De eigen regie van de cliënt staat centraal - cliënt, netwerk en zorgprofessional werken als gelijkwaardige partners samen aan kwaliteit van zorg. Technologie staat bij ons hoog in het vaandel. En je werkt naar een vast contract, zonder gebroken diensten in je basisrooster. Je stemt de zorg af op het dagelijks leven, de wensen en mogelijkheden van de cliënt. Daarbij kijk je steeds hoe iemand zo zelfstandig mogelijk kan blijven, en zet je slimme hulpmiddelen en zorgtechnolo...
