Je biedt zorg en ondersteuning die volledig is afgestemd op hun persoonlijke wensen en behoeften. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je werkt in een betrokken team dat samen zorgt voor hoogwaardige en persoonlijke zorg. Daarnaast biedt deze detachering jou de kans om je werkuren eventueel te combineren met thuiszorg De Wolden, wat zorgt voor extra afwisseling in je werkweek. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Het uitvoeren van persoonlijke verzorging en verpleegtechnische handelingen bij cliënten thuis. - Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van cliënten bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten. - Het signaleren en rapporteren van veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn van cliënten in het elektronisch cliëntendossier. - Het onderhouden van contact met familie, mantelzorgers en andere zorgprofessionals om de zorg af te stemmen. - Het bijdragen aan de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de zorg, inclusief het inschakelen van aanvullende expertise wanneer nodig. Wat we je bieden Wat bieden we jou? Je gaat via detachering aan de slag in de thuiszorg in Westerveld, met een opdracht tot en met het einde van 2026. Je kunt rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen € 2.735 en € 3.592 bruto per maand, op basis van 24 uur per week, conform de CAO VVT. - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Een parttime dienstverband van 16 tot 24 uur per week, met diensten van 5 tot 8 uur per dag. - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 netto per kilometer (tot maximaal 40 km enkele reis). - 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. - Toegang tot een divers online train...
