In het Zorghotel van De Meander begeleid je mensen tijdens hun herstel en draag je iedere dag bij aan hun zelfstandigheid. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk uitdagend en waardevol. Regio: Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel Type zorg: Geriatrische revalidatiezorg Locatie: Zorghotel De Meander Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt cliënten tijdens hun revalidatie en persoonlijke verzorging - Je verricht verpleegtechnische handelingen passend bij jouw functie - Je signaleert veranderingen en rapporteert in het zorgdossier - Je stemt af met collega's, behandelaren en naasten - Je stimuleert cliënten om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te herstellen - Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan een veilig en prettig revalidatieklimaat Over het team en de locatie Je werkt in het Zorghotel van De Meander, een moderne woonzorglocatie in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. De revalidatieafdeling beschikt over 13 bedden, waardoor je werkt in een overzichtelijke omgeving met korte lijnen en veel persoonlijk contact met cliënten en collega's. Binnen het team heerst een informele sfeer waarin samenwerken, leren en meedenken centraal staan.
