Dan ben jij in Berchhiem in Burgum op de juiste plek! Waar ga je werken? In Woonzorgcentrum Berchhiem in Burgum worden meerdere vormen van verpleeghuiszorg onder één dak geboden. De nadruk van de zorg is per groep bewoners verschillend. Zo is er een groep waarbij de nadruk ligt op somatische zorg en een groep waarbij de nadruk ligt op psychogeriatrische zorg. Jij gaat aan de slag met de doelgroep waarmee jij de meeste affiniteit hebt, PG of somatiek. Wat doe je als Verzorgende IG in Berchhiem in Burgum? Zorgen doe je samen. In Berchhiem werk je volgens de principes van persoonsgerichte zorg. Het behoud van de eigen regie en oprechte aandacht voor de bewoners staan centraal, net zoals hun welzijn. We bieden onze zorg in een huiselijke sfeer en willen iedere dag van waarde te laten zijn. Voor de bewoners, maar ook voor jou als verzorgende IG en je collega's uit het team. Je team bestaat uit (coördinerend) verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden IG, helpenden plus en woonassistenten. Met elkaar dragen jullie zorg voor de bewoners. Neventaken verdeel je met het team. Qua aandachtsgebieden kun je hierbij denken aan het overdragen van vakinhoudelijke kennis, zoals wondzorg, ergonomisch werken of de rol van digicoach, waarbij je collega's ondersteunt bij het werken met digitale middelen. Ook werk je nauw samen de zorgcollega's vanuit het multidisciplinair overleg, zoals de ergotherapeut, logopedist, verpleegkundig specialist, etc. Hier herken jij jezelf in: - Je bent in het bezit van een mbo-diploma Verzorgende IG op kwalificatieniveau 3; - Je bent een doener en omarmt de principes van persoonsgerichte zorg; - Je schrikt niet van onregelmatige werktijden/diensten en bent bereid om all...
