Als Verzorgende IG bij HappyZorg ben jij het vertrouwde gezicht voor onze cliënten. Je komt dagelijks bij hen thuis en biedt persoonlijke zorg op maat. Je helpt met verpleegtechnische handelingen en dagelijkse activiteiten zoals opstaan, douchen, aankleden en medicatie. Ook een praatje of een moment van aandacht hoort erbij – want jouw aanwezigheid betekent écht iets. Je werkt zelfstandig in de wijk en hebt de ruimte om goede zorg te leveren zonder administratieve druk. Je hoeft geen EVV- of coördinerende taken uit te voeren. Functie Je start je dienst bij de eerste cliënt van je route. Je volgt een gevarieerd schema waarbij je cliënten ondersteunt volgens hun zorgplan. Tussendoor is er ruimte voor pauze. Na je middagroute sluit je je dienst af. De focus ligt bij ons volledig op de zorgverlening aan de cliënt – administratie wordt centraal geregeld.
