Samen met een betrokken team zorg jij iedere dag voor de best mogelijke zorg en ondersteuning. Met jouw betrokkenheid, een luisterend oor en soms een klein gebaar maak je een groot verschil in het leven van bewoners. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! De Klaarbeek in Epe is een gezellige woonzorglocatie waar het ons-kent-ons-gevoel sterk leeft. Dat zorgt voor een fijne, vertrouwde sfeer waarin collega's met plezier samenwerken. Het team is zelfstandig, creatief en organiseert regelmatig leuke en originele activiteiten voor bewoners. Samen maken jullie van elke dag iets waardevols. De Klaarbeek biedt zorg aan 32 bewoners binnen 4 kleinschalige woongroepen en beschikt daarnaast over 45 moderne appartementen, waar senioren zelfstandig wonen, met ondersteuning op maat. In De Klaarbeek bevinden zich ook Buurtpunt Het Praathuis & Dagbesteding De Wijerd waar diverse activiteiten georganiseerd worden. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG ben je van betekenis. Niet alleen omdat je zorgt, maar omdat je écht ziet wie iemand is. Met oprechte aandacht, een luisterend oor en soms gewoon een beetje humor maak jij het verschil in het dagelijks leven van bewoners. Jij coördineert en verleent de zorg die zij nodig hebben - altijd op een manier die past bij hun leven, wensen en mogelijkheden. Je kijkt eerst naar wat iemand zelf nog kan, eventueel met hulp van hun naasten en innovatieve zorgtechnologie die jou helpt zorg persoonlijker, veiliger en efficiënter te maken.
