Ben jij verzorgende IG met een hart voor de ouderenzorg? Geef jij goede zorg maar laat je de regie bij de bewoner of cliënt? Doe jij dit met maar één doel: elke dag voor de cliënten zo fijn mogelijk maken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Dit ga je doen Als verzorgende IG op onze locatie de Wielewaal in Zaltbommel ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en hun familie. Je helpt bij het opstarten of afsluiten van de dag en alles daartussen. Je weet wat de cliënten nodig hebben om hun dag zo fijn mogelijk te maken en sluit daar de zorg bij aan. Zo nodig voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en geef je medicatie. Niet alles neem je over: je stimuleert cliënten om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig te zijn. Verder observeer en signaleer je hoe het met cliënten gaat en overleg je met je collega's als dat nodig is. Samenwerken met cliënten en mantelzorgers is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Goede zorg en begeleiding, op praktisch en emotioneel vlak. Daar zet jij je voor in! Dit bieden wij jou BrabantZorg is groot en kent diverse zorgsoorten. Dit ben jij Jij hebt een diploma verzorgende IG niveau 3 en/of een diploma medewerker maatschappelijke zorg niveau 3. Verder: Heb jij een echt zorg hart! Je bent warm en hartelijk maar staat op je strepen als dat nodig is; Ben jij een leuke collega waar mee gelachen kan worden! Ben je flexibel en bereid problemen samen op te lossen maar kun je ook goed nee zeggen. Werk / privé balans is belangrijk. Werk jij graag in een omgeving waar je veel vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid krijgt; Ben je positief kritisch en denk je graag mee over hoe de zorg nog beter kan; Werk je graag samen binnen een zelforganiserend team, maar durf je ook zelf beslissingen te nemen.
