Kom jij bij ons binnen?*** Beatrixhof 16 - 32 Wemeldinge Einddatum: 22/10/2026 **Waar kom je binnen?*** Beatrixhof is een kleinschalig woonzorgcentrum in Wemeldinge. Op deze locatie biedt SVRZ zorg aan twee verschillende doelgroepen: 7 cliënten met dementie en 7 cliënten met een lichamelijke beperking. Hier kunnen bewoners rekenen op een vertrouwde woonomgeving en persoonlijke aandacht. Het team van Beatrixhof bestaat uit 17 betrokken collega's met veel ervaring. Samen dragen zij de verantwoordelijkheid voor beide woningen en zetten zij zich iedere dag in om cliënten de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. De sfeer binnen het team is hecht en behulpzaam, waarbij collega's elkaar ondersteunen en samen zorgen voor continuïteit in de zorg. Benieuwd hoe het zorgteam de samenwerking ervaart? "We zijn een ervaren team dat veel verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat cliënten de aandacht krijgen die ze verdienen, waarbij we altijd op elkaar kunnen rekenen." **Wat ga je doen?*** Jouw meest voorkomende werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het verlenen van dagelijkse zorg, ondersteuning en begeleiding - Verpleegtechnische handelingen verrichten - Samen met je collega's bijdragen aan een warme en huiselijke sfeer in de woningen - Communiceren met familie en mantelzorgers over het welzijn van de cliënten - Stimuleren van eigen regie en behoud van zelfstandigheid bij de cliënten - Denken in mogelijkheden op een oplossingsgerichte manier Je bent van maandag t/m zondag inzetbaar voor met name dag- en avonddiensten.
