De geur van verse koffie vult de huiskamer terwijl bewoners langzaam aanschuiven voor het ontbijt. Een bewoner vertelt over vroeger, een ander vraagt hoe jouw weekend was. Tussen de verpleegtechnische handelingen door maak jij tijd voor een glimlach, een luisterend oor en een klein gebaar dat voor iemand een groot verschil maakt. Voor een christelijke zorgorganisatie in Assen zoeken wij een verzorgende IG die gelooft in zorg met aandacht. Iemand die begrijpt dat goede zorg verder gaat dan medische handelingen alleen. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag binnen een warme zorgorganisatie in Assen waar ouderen wonen die ondersteuning en zorg nodig hebben. De christelijke identiteit vormt de basis van de organisatie. Respect, betrokkenheid en aandacht voor elkaar staan centraal in de dagelijkse zorg. Je komt terecht in een team waar collega's naar elkaar omkijken, waar ruimte is voor persoonlijke aandacht en waar bewoners worden gezien als mens, niet als zorgvraag. Een omgeving waar kwaliteit van zorg en kwaliteit van leven hand in hand gaan. Wat ga je doen? Als verzorgende IG ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en uitvoeren van de dagelijkse zorg. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, stelt zorgplannen op, observeert bewoners en signaleert veranderingen in hun gezondheidssituatie. Daarnaast ben je een vertrouwd gezicht voor bewoners en hun familie. Je begeleidt collega's waar nodig en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit van zorg binnen de locatie.
