Voel je thuis bij Zorgpartners Als verzorgende IG op de D‑ZEP‑afdeling van Prinsenhof werk je op een gespecialiseerde behandelafdeling. Hier worden cliënten met dementie en zeer ernstig probleemgedrag tijdelijk opgenomen voor intensieve observatie, behandeling en stabilisatie. Het gaat om externe cliënten die vanuit andere zorgorganisaties komen, met als doel om na behandeling weer terug te keren naar hun eigen organisatie. Dit maakt jouw werk afwisselend, dynamisch en inhoudelijk uitdagend. Jij levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het behandelproces én aan het vergroten van de kwaliteit van leven van de cliënt. Dit ga je doen • Uitvoeren van eenvoudige verpleegtechnische handelingen • Ondersteunen bij persoonlijke verzorging (ADL), zoals wassen, aankleden en toiletbezoek • Zorgvuldig rapporteren in het elektronisch cliëntendossier (ECD) • Bieden van emotionele en sociale ondersteuning aan cliënten en hun naasten • Samenwerken met collega's en andere zorgprofessionals aan behandel- en zorgplannen • Signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag of gezondheid en hier professioneel op handelen Samen zorgen we voor een veilige, warme en stimulerende behandelomgeving waarin cliënten zo veel mogelijk rust, structuur en perspectief ervaren. Functie-eisen: Waar jij thuis in bent Jij bent een echte mensen‑mens met een groot hart voor de zorg. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en voelt je thuis in een complexe en soms intensieve werkomgeving. Juist het werken met cliënten met zeer ernstig probleemgedrag geeft jou energie en voldoening. Daarnaast: • Heb je een diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3); • Heb je ervaring met of affiniteit met de D‑ZEP‑doelgroep; • Ben je flexibel inzetbaar en neem je verantwoordelijkheid in het behandeltraject.
