Land van Horne zoekt een Verzorgende IG - accent op nachtdienst is ook mogelijk Dienstverband Opleidingsniveau MBO niveau 3 Standplaats Weert Werkvelden Ouderenzorg Zorg kunnen bieden aan iemand die dat nodig heeft, echt contact maken en bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van leven van een ander - dat is waar het om draait. En precies dat maakt werken in de zorg zo waardevol! Woonzorgcentrum Hornehoof ligt midden in het centrum van Weert. Een fijne, moderne locatie met alle voorzieningen dichtbij. Binnen Hornehoof bieden we zorg aan verschillen doelgroepen. - 6 groepswoningen KSW voor ouderen met dementie (PG) - Appartement voor ouderen met lichamelijke klachten (somatiek) - Daarnaast bieden we thuiszorg in de huurappartementen. Deze vacature is bedoeld voor de PG-afdelingen (KSW). Werk je graag in de nachtdienst? Ook dat is mogelijk! Wat je functie inhoudt Eigenlijk hoeven we jou helemaal niet te vertellen wat jouw functie en vak inhoudt, maar toch maar even voor de volledigheid. Als verzorgende IG speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijkse leven van onze bewoners. Je biedt zorg begeleiding en een luisterend oor volgens de daarvoor geldende protocollen. Concreet betekent dit: - Je ondersteunt bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging en ADL activiteiten. - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en verstrekt medicatie. - Je assisteert behandelaars. - Je observeert bewoners en signaleert veranderingen. - Je denkt mee en werkt mee aan het opstellen en bijstellen van zorgplannen. - Je onderhoudt contact met familie en andere betrokkenen. - Je draagt zorg voor een duidelijke en zorgvuldige rapportage. - Je begeleidt leerlingen en helpt ze groeien in hun vak. Je werkt samen in een hecht team waarin iedereen zijn eigen kwaliteiten meebrengt.
