Dan pas jij perfect bij Maartje Wijkzorg in de regio Dinkelland - Tubbergen. Als Verzorgende IG in de wijkzorg ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor cliënten in hun eigen thuissituatie. Je biedt professionele zorg en ondersteuning, zodat zij zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig en prettig kunnen blijven wonen. Met jouw deskundigheid, betrokkenheid en mensgerichte blik draag je dagelijks bij aan hun welzijn en kwaliteit van leven. Dit ga je doen - Je helpt bij de persoonlijke verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en medicatie. - Je observeert veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand en rapporteert deze zorgvuldig. - Je verzorgt en begeleidt cliënten bij dagelijkse activiteiten. - Je werkt samen met collega's, naasten en andere zorgprofessionals. - Je draagt bij aan het behoud van eigen regie en waardigheid van de cliënt. Dit ben jij - Je hebt een diploma Verzorgende IG . - Je bent enthousiast, betrokken en werkt graag samen. - De wijkzorg past bij jou: je houdt van zelfstandig werken met verantwoordelijkheid. - Je bent stressbestendig en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan. - Je hebt oog voor zowel zorg als welzijn.
