Wil jij bijdragen aan de zorg en ondersteuning van (kwetsbare) ouderen in de wijk en van De Borgh? Kom dan werken in het wijkteam De Borgh in Emmerhout. In het kort: - In Emmen voor 24 uur per week - Afwisselende baan (verschillende routes en zorgvragen) - Relatief lange diensten - Zelfstandig op pad - De klant staat centraal Als verzorgende (IG) in de wijk verleen je directe zorg, maar je coördineert ook de zorg door contact te leggen met huisartsen, verpleegkundigen, familieleden en andere zorgverleners. De klanten zijn blij dat je er bent. Door jouw hulp kunnen ze langer thuis blijven wonen. Je maakt een praatje met de klanten over zorg en alledaagse onderwerpen en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie met ze op. Je bent als het ware het visitekaartje van Tangenborgh. We zijn op zoek naar collega's die ongeveer 24 uur per week (vaste contracturen per week) willen werken. Ben je op zoek naar een contract voor meer of minder uren per week, dan bespreken we graag samen met jou de mogelijkheden. ''In dit team heerst echt een teamgevoel. De sfeer is goed en we kunnen op elkaar rekenen'' Dit wijkteam kent verschillende diensten, zoals ochtenddiensten, dagdiensten en avonddiensten.
