Je luistert naar hun wensen en behoeften en stemt de zorg daarop af. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want jij kijkt steeds opnieuw wat iemand nodig heeft. Dankzij jouw aandacht en betrokkenheid voelen bewoners zich gezien, gehoord en veilig. Wat ga je doen? - Je helpt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en ADL-activiteiten. - Je biedt ondersteuning waar nodig en hebt oog voor extra begeleiding als iemand dat even nodig heeft. - Je werkt zelfstandig en met verantwoordelijkheid, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. - Je signaleert problemen en zoekt samen met je collega's naar passende oplossingen. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, het multidisciplinaire team en betrekt familie of contactpersonen op een warme, respectvolle manier. Waar ga je werken? De Schutse in Gorinchem is een prachtig woonzorgcentrum die langdurige zorg biedt aan mensen die vanwege een lichamelijke beperking niet meer zelfstandig thuis kunnen wonen. Uniek in De Schutse is dat er ook ruimte is voor een (gezonde) partner, zodat echtparen niet gescheiden hoeven te worden. Bewoners die kiezen voor wonen in De Schutse hebben een eigen appartement met daarbij de zorg en/of ondersteuning die zij nodig hebben binnen handbereik. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt minimaal het diploma verzorgende IG op mbo 3 niveau. - Je bent Hepatitis B gevaccineerd. Wat bieden wij? Wij vertrouwen erop dat je goed bent in wat je doet. Dit krijg je er van ons voor terug. - Je verdient een salaris tussen de € 2735,91 en € 3592,96 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur. Je krijgt vakantiegeld van 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
