Als Verzorgende IG stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid van de bewoners en werk je vanuit de principes van mensgerichte zorg. Je kijkt naar iemands leven, wensen, voorkeuren én mogelijkheden. Door creatieve oplossingen te vinden voor vragen van bewoners en hun naasten maak jij echt het verschil. Je gaat aan de slag op locatie De Overloop in Almere Haven, een warme en betrokken woonlocatie waar aandacht voor elkaar centraal staat. Kortom: een betekenisvolle functie waarin jij écht van waarde bent voor onze bewoners. Wie ben jij - Je bent in het bezit van het diploma Verzorgende IG; - Je hebt ervaring en affiniteit met (psychogeriatrische-) ouderenzorg; - Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kunt goed zelfstandig werken; - Flexibel, aanpassingsvermogen, cliëntgericht, een echte aanpakker en snel kunnen schakelen zijn termen die jou omschrijven.
