Waar je ook werkt - bij Evean, bij een andere opdrachtgever in de regio, of later ergens anders. PDZ blijft jouw vaste basis, met Ciska als jouw contactpersoon. Ciska kent je, weet wat je wil en wat je niet wil. Om zo passende opdrachten te vinden. Dat is wat detachering via PDZ betekent: de vrijheid om te werken waar en wanneer jij wil, met de zekerheid van een werkgever die er altijd voor je is. Je wil goed werk doen zonder dat je rooster bepaalt hoe je leven eruitziet. Als verzorgende IG via PDZ Zorg werk je bij Evean in Zaandam: een vertrouwde zorgorganisatie, een stabiel inkomen en jij bepaalt wanneer je werkt. Geen losse diensten, geen onzekerheid. Gewoon zorg, zoals jij dat wil doen. Over de functie Je werkt als verzorgende IG binnen Evean Zorg in Zaandam. Een organisatie met meerdere locaties in de regio, bekend om haar betrokken teams en kleinschalige aanpak. Je bent inzetbaar op intramurale afdelingen, bij bewoners met dementie of somatische zorgvragen en waar gewenst ook in de thuiszorg. Je dag begint met de overdracht. Daarna ondersteun je bewoners bij persoonlijke verzorging, medicatiebeheer en dagelijkse activiteiten. Je signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid of gedrag en schakelt waar nodig met collega's of andere zorgprofessionals. Je brengt rust op de afdeling en bij de mensen die op jou rekenen. Werken op meerdere locaties binnen Evean kan afwisselend zijn. Dat vraagt aanpassingsvermogen. Wat je daarvoor terugkrijgt: je raakt nooit vastgeroest, je leert snel wat je wél en niet wil.
